What we collect

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute resolution. Cookie preference values remain until you clear site data or change your choice via the banner.

We do not sell personal information. Data is processed on infrastructure operating under our control for signalmodule.digital. We may disclose information if required by South African law or a competent authority.
Security
We apply access controls and encryption in transit (HTTPS) for form submissions to /api/inquiry on this domain.
Your rights (POPIA sections 11–14, 23–25)
You may request access, correction, or deletion of outdated records, and object to processing where applicable. Contact the Information Officer above. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
