Technical assessment

We review repositories, build graphs, and runtime coupling. You receive a findings document that names candidate modules, dependency risks, and suggested sequencing for extraction. Assessments are fixed-scope and quoted in ZAR after we read your brief.

Advisory sessions

Working sessions focus on interface design: public APIs, event contracts, versioning, and test doubles at module edges. Sessions suit teams that can implement internally but want an external reviewer on seam decisions.

Scoped implementation

When boundaries are agreed in writing, we implement agreed slices — for example extracting a billing adapter or carving a shared kernel — with documentation for handover. Milestones and fees are defined before code changes land on your main branch.

• Repository access or representative samples, depending on sensitivity
• Your release constraints (monolith deploys, feature flags, compliance hooks)
