Each path starts with a short written brief from you. We respond with a proposed sequence — never a one-size subscription — because coupling in your repository determines where modules should live.
Advisory sessions
Time-boxed working sessions on interface contracts, package layout, and incremental extraction plans. You keep shipping while we pressure-test module seams.
Scoped implementation
When boundaries are clear, we implement agreed slices — adapters, facades, or extracted libraries — with handover notes for your team.
Modular design is not a folder rename: it is a contract story. We trace data flow, failure domains, and release cadence before we recommend a split.

Do you take over our entire platform?
We focus on modular design consulting — assessments, advisory, and bounded implementation. Full product ownership stays with your team unless explicitly scoped otherwise.
Which stacks do you work in?
We are language-agnostic at the architecture layer. Implementation engagements use the stacks already present in your repo; we do not mandate a greenfield framework.
How are fees set?
After the inquiry we propose a fixed scope with a quoted fee in ZAR. Starting figures are labeled as estimates until the written scope is signed.
Can we start with a single assessment?
Yes. Many engagements begin with a technical assessment only; advisory or implementation follow if the findings warrant it.
